A structured method, phase by phase

This first phase lays the foundations of the project: together we define your objectives, your indicative budget and the constraints of the site or the operating requirements. I analyse technical and regulatory feasibility, anticipate potential risks and deliver a clear summary of the available options.

Throughout this phase you have a single point of contact who centralises the exchanges between all parties. You make your decisions fully informed, before any commitment is made.

I coordinate the design with the architects and engineers, ensuring permanent alignment between your expectations, the budget and the timetable. I also manage the approvals process with the relevant authorities.

Every design decision is weighed against the project as a whole: the interfaces between designers are managed day to day, so the file advances without any gap between the drawings, the budget and the site.

I prepare a detailed provisional budget, then tender the works to qualified contractors and workshops for every trade. Offers are compared line by line — price, lead times, scope of works — and I present you with a reasoned recommendation.

You select your contractors in full transparency, with a clear view of every cost item. The reference budget followed throughout the project is set here.

Once the contractors are selected, I schedule the full sequence of works and manage their dependencies: site access, fabrication lead times, interfaces between trades and the constraints of occupied premises.

Every contractor knows precisely what to do, when and in what order. This shared schedule is kept up to date throughout the project — which is what prevents idle time and last-minute cost overruns.

During the works, I coordinate the site day to day: progress meetings, management of procurement, and quality and compliance control at every stage of execution.

Any deviation — technical, financial or schedule-related — is identified early and resolved with the contractor concerned, before it becomes a problem. You receive regular, clear information on progress, without having to manage the site parties yourself.

On completion of the works, I organise the handover: compliance checks, clearance of outstanding items and coordination of the final adjustments with each contractor.

I remain at your side until the keys are handed over, so that the delivery matches exactly what was agreed — a project managed from end to end is judged on its handover.
